If you think that a recommendation made by the Cutting Parameters Explorer is ‘bad’, you can raise a report that will be sent to CloudNC.

These reports provides CloudNC with valuable information that helps to improve the product and its future recommendations. |
To raise a report:
Click the red flag
(located below the ‘Application’ tab)The ‘Report a bad recommendation’ form is displayed (see below).
In the ‘Confirm report' dialog:
Click Yes to display the ‘Report a bad recommendation’ form (see below).
Click No to cancel the report and return to the Cutting Parameters Explorer.

To report what you find is a bad recommendation made by Cutting Parameters, take the following steps:
Complete the Name and Email details.
These could be the details that were used to register for CloudNC CAM Assist.
Provide as much detail as possible as to why you find the recommendation a bad one and what you would expect instead.
Click Report to submit the form:
The ‘Thank you' dialogue is displayed.
Click Close - closes the dialogue and returns to Cutting Parameters
