The tool shown in the Tool input tab’s header tab is the one used for the currently selected operation (the one displayed in the Operation Input input tab).

The tool t0ool cannot be changed within the Cutting Parameters add-on but the value for some of its properties can be changed within the Tool pop-up (see below). |
Tool properties
The properties value of the tool tool’s properties have one of two possible sources:
Fusion Tool Library - the tool library that you originally selected when CAM Assist computed the toolpath strategy (see the screenshot to the right).
Tool pop-up - you can replace some of the Fusion values with those you specified in within the Tool pop-up (see below).

Within the Tool pop-up, there are two types of properties:
Fusion-specified - properties that you cannot change (such properties have an asterisk at the end of their name) |

How to change the tool’s properties
Change the property value:
