Supported materials (and their alternative names) can be used for the material aspect of the Preset name format.

The following table shows the materials that can be used in Fusion and are supported by CAM Assist.

  • Material - name of the material.

  • Abbreviation - abbreviation of the material, as used in the ‘Allowed Materials’ column of CAM Assist’s ‘Tool use’ table Tool Use tab.

  • ISO Group Value - the category of material following the ISO standard.

  • Alternative names - alternatives names for the ‘Material’ that can also be used in Fusion Mastercam’s Tool Manager application and are supported by CAM Assist.
