The ‘Operation’ input tab contains a Fusion Browser-like structure, which it gets from one of two sources:

  • Original Fusion Browser ‘operation’ - a representation of the toolpath that you selected to open Cutting Parameters (see the screenshot to the right).

  • Operation pop-up - changes made within the Operation pop-up (see below) that appears when clicking on the tab (see below).

Operation pop-up

On clicking the ‘Operation’ input tab, its pop-up covers the Display Area (see below).

The pop-up contains an operation-level representation of the Fusion Browser: in the ‘Operation’ pop-up you can change that operation to another.

How to change the selected operation

Within the Operation pop-up, take the following steps:

  1. Click on one of the operations in the pop-up.

    • The content of the Operation tab changes immediately to the selected operation.

  2. Click on the image-20240610-121902.png button in the top-right of the pop-up.

    • The selected operation is automatically saved.

    • The Operation pop-up closes.

Some of the operations listed in the operation pop-up are greyed out (and cannot be selected) because the operation:

  • Is not yet supported by the Cutting Parameters add-on - a list, at the top of the Operation pop-up, displays the operations that are supported.

  • Is not suitable for the selected tool.
