Advanced Tab

The ‘Advanced' tab contains the following sections that can be collapsed or expanded:

• Toolpath types - enables you to specify which operation you want CAM Assist to use to compute the toolpath strategy.

• Geometry - enables you to redefine the geometry to include aspects of the original model that you wish to include or omit from CAM Assist’s toolpath strategy.

• Roughing - provides a granular level of control for the ‘stock to leave’ aspect of the roughing toolpath.

• Finishing - provides a granular level of control for specific aspects of the finishing toolpath.

• Deburring - indicates the type of deburring used in CAM Assist’s machining strategy.
