Copy of Machining Modes

CAM Assist provides two choices for Machining mode in the General tab: ‘3-Axis’ and ‘3+2 Axis’.

Once a Machine mode has been selected, the ‘General’ section of the tab changes, as shown in the following screenshots.

The content of the ‘Setup orientation’ section of the General tab also changes based on choices you make for the following:

• Machining mode

• Machining direction
