1. Close Siemens NX

If updating, there is no need to uninstall your currently installed version of CAM Assist.

2. Download CAM Assist

Download the appropriate version of CAM Assist for your Siemens NX software from the Downloads page.

3. Run the CAM Assist Installer

• Locate the file you downloaded in Step 2 and run it (double-click) it.

If you see the 'Windows protected your PC' blue dialog at the start of the install, take the following steps

Then, click Run anyway to proceed with the installation. Image Added

The CAM Assist installation will now continue (see below).

The first part of the installation setup is the ‘Welcome’ page. Click Next.	Image Added
The next page holds the License Agreement (or Terms of Use Agreement). Fully read the Terms of Use Agreement. Click I Agree to agree with the terms and continue the installation. Info Click ‘Cancel’ if you do not agree or if you have questions you would like to get answered before continuing (please contact CloudNC Support).	Image Added
When the installation has completed, a summary page is displayed. There is a checkbox for Run Siemens NX: Check the box to open Siemens NX automatically when the installer is closed Uncheck the box if you don’t want Siemens to open automatically. Click Finish.
