Typically, you would want a smaller stepdown for the Finishing preset, and a larger stepdown for the Roughing preset.

Pro tip
If you don’t want to create two separate presets, you can use the same preset for both roughing and finishing by giving it the name: ‘Aluminum - Roughing Finishing’.
