CloudNC invites you to provide feedback on your thoughts, suggestions, and experience of CAM Assist, all of which help to drive future improvements to CAM Assist’s design and functionality.

Feedback is recorded using the Product Support page, which may have been opened as a result of clicking on a link within CAM Assist. For other ways of reaching Product Support, see How to Contact Product Support.

Step-by-step instructions

To create a Support ticket, take the following steps:

  1. Open the CAM Assist panel and select the Feedback and Support option.

    • The Product Support form is displayed (see below).

  2. Within the Product Support page, select ‘Suggest an improvement'

    • This opens the Product Support ‘Suggest an improvement’ form (see below).

Within the Product Support form:

What can we help you with? is automatically populated with ‘Suggest an improvement’.

Complete the following information:

  1. Summary - enter a brief summary of the topic for which you’re providing feedback (for example, “my experience of using 3+2 machining”, or “It would be nice if I could…”).

    • As you type, a list of ‘Suggested articles’ is displayed just below ‘Summary’, which may contain useful information.

    • If you click on a suggested article, it will be displayed in a separate browser tab.

  2. Description - enter the details of your thoughts, suggestions or experience of CAM Assist.

  3. Attachment - attach any screenshots or files that may be useful.

  4. Share with - this control is not yet functional. It can be left as the default No one.

  1. Click Send.

After clicking Send, an email is sent from product-support@cloudnc.com, confirming receipt of your feedback.
