If you have no server connection problems when using CAM Assist, these settings can be left blank.
If you need any assistance with these settings, please contact CloudNC’s Product Support team.

Due to your IT Security policies, it may not be possible to connect with CloudNC’s server using the default settings of CAM Assist.

The Network status section enables you to provide alternative, enter-one-time, settings for the HTTP Proxy and Root Certificate.

To specify alternative settings, take the following steps:

  1. Enter the HTTP Proxy:

    • Use the form address:port.

    • If not provided then no proxy is used.

  2. Enter the Root Certificate

    • If not provided then the system default certificates will be read from the Windows Credential Manager.

  3. Click Apply and test network status

    • The results of the check are displayed next to the test button.

  4. To fully apply the settings to CAM Assist, you must close CAM Assist then reopen it.

If the test is successful, these steps only need to be done once; they will persist for all future CAM Assist sessions.
