Within the Fusion ‘Manufacture’ workspace:

1. <b>Select a part</b> - these instructions use the ‘Demo 1’ part, which is available from the <a href="https://cloudnc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CAF3UD/pages/6455333/CAM+Assist+Panel" target="_blank">CAM Assist panel</a>. However, you can use the add-on with any suitable part. |

2. <b>Open the 'Generate Avoidance Geometry' add-on</b> - hover over the ‘Fixture Management’ option of the <a href="https://cloudnc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CAF3UD/pages/6455333/CAM+Assist+Panel" target="_blank">CAM Assist panel</a> then select 'Generate Avoidance Geometry'. <ul><li>the add-on is displayed (see below).</li></ul> |
Within Generate Avoidance Geometry:
Select the ‘Setup(s)’ - check the required ‘setup' box for any of the setups associated with the part.
Click Generate
Avoidance geometry is generated for each checked ‘Setup'.
The add-on is closed and focus switches back to Fusion.
The avoidance geometry is now available in the Fusion Browser and CloudNC CAM Assist, as shown in the following screenshot.
