How to Report a 'Bad' Recommendation

If you think that a recommendation made by the Cutting Parameters Explorer is ‘bad’, you can raise a report that will be sent to CloudNC.

These reports provides CloudNC with valuable information that helps to improve the product and its future recommendations.

To raise a report:

  1. Click the red flag image-20240410-143111.png (located below the ‘Application’ tab)

    • The ‘Report a bad recommendation’ form is displayed (see below).

  1. In the ‘Confirm report' dialog:

    • Click Yes to display the ‘Report a bad recommendation’ form (see below).

    • Click No to cancel the report and return to the Cutting Parameters Explorer.

‘Report a bad recommendation’ form

To report what you find is a bad recommendation made by Cutting Parameters, take the following steps:

  1. Complete the Name and Email details.

    • These could be the details that were used to register for CloudNC CAM Assist.

    • Provide as much detail as possible as to why you find the recommendation a bad one and what you would expect instead.

  1. Click Report to submit the form:

    • The ‘Thank you' dialogue is displayed.

    • Click Close - closes the dialogue and returns to Cutting Parameters.
